Our Coaching Model

Contracting: Setting the context of our relationship. What we expect from each other. What we both need to bring in order for the coaching to be successful. Interpersonal guidelines and code of conduct.

Identifying Goals: What do you want to achieve? In what priority? What time frame?

Diagnosing: Personality and behavioral assessment tools and interviews with those who work around, above and below you.

Prescribing: Based on your goals, your organization's goals, and your current state, we work with a variety of tools, theories, readings and outside resources to improve four areas: how you lead yourself, how you lead others, how you lead tasks, and how you lead processes.

Taking Action: We help you implement the tools, theories, readings. We are available to problem solve and encourage you along the way.

Learning Forward: We will monitor and test results, make modifications as needed, and reassess your goals and current state.
