Carol Schifman, M.A.
Carol has worked with organizations for over 25 years providing Organizational Change and Change agent consulting. With her focus on linking organizational Change with performance improvement, she has coached a number of Fortune 500 executives, designed and delivered competency-based leadership programs, conducted organizational assessments and implemented process improvement programs with extensive experience in the GE WorkOut method.

Francisco Melero
Francisco brings his ten years of experience with IBM where he held responsibilities in the areas of quality assurance, project management, internal consulting, training and ISO 9001 to his current consulting practice of promoting organizational and personal performance excellence. Utilizing his fluency in English and Spanish he has worked extensively in ten countries racking up over 1.5 million miles in the process. His areas of practice include: Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification, the G.E. WorkOut process, and the Change Acceleration Process (CAP). Francisco uses a facilitative delivery style which favors adult learners; intention, energy, enthusiasm, and fun to deliver breakthrough results.

Allen Hollander
Allen has been consulting to G.E. for twenty years where he serves on the faculty of its Management Development Center. Allen was also a lead consultant for the former Boston University Executive Challenge Program. His areas of expertise include; manager and leader training and development, design and facilitation of executive off-sites, large scale change management, the G.E. WorkOut process and experiential learning.

Michael E. Pepe, Ph.D.

Michael has consulted with organizations in strategy clarification, organizational assessment, competency modeling, and organization and employee development initiatives. He also brings years of experience as an in-house organizational development vice-president for major corporations.

DB Reiff

DB has been helping organizations and individuals over the past 15 years work more productively by helping them communicate more effectively. DB helps people and groups agree on how to discuss difficult issues, especially in culturally diverse organizations and during organizational stress. DB also helps organizations use communication to engage employees in the organizational mission, as well as helping leaders use their voices in strong, clear and compelling ways to move and motivate employees, shareholders and clients. Ann B. Weiler

For 25 years Ann has consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies providing organizational development and training services. Her focus has been primarily on team and individual development, change management, and process improvement programs including extensive experience with the GE WorkOut method. She holds a Masters degree from the University of Virginia.

William Bean, Ph.D.

Bill holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University in economic development. Since 1989 he has been consulting in the areas of strategy formulation and implementation, diversity, and executive development for many Fortune 50 companies.

Dale A. Weiler

Dale has 30 years experience in the management consulting field. For the first 15 of those years he was a Senior Consultant for Arthur D. Little, focusing on marketing and strategic visioning for major corporations internationally. In 1988 he established his own consulting practice. He has a Masters in aerospace systems and business administration.

Lisa Hirsh

Lisa has been helping organizations improve performance and spirit, particularly in times of growth, changes in strategic direction, and with mergers and acquisitions. In her 23 years of experience in large and small companies, Lisa has coached senior leaders and middle managers, provided innovative methods for mobilizing organizations for change, built high performance teams, and helped clients develop learning cultures. In addition, Lisa has led leadership development programs, consulting skills and organizational change courses.

James Hassinger

Jim has twenty-five years of professional experience as a management consultant, specializing in the areas of executive coaching, strategic planning, work re-design, developing high performance organizations, collaborative team technologies, and management training. He has both internal and external consulting experience with corporations such as Liberty Mutual Funds, Sun Life of Canada, Avid Technology, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Department of Defense, Massachusetts General Hospital, Norton Company, and McKinsey and Company. He is the co-author of The Randori Principles: The Path of Effortless Leadership and creator of the Lenses of Wise Leadership program. Jim holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Boston University.
