Dale has 30 years experience in the management consulting
field. For the first 15 of those years he was a Senior
Consultant for Arthur D. Little, focusing on marketing
and strategic visioning for major corporations internationally.
In 1988 he established his own consulting practice.
He has a Masters in aerospace systems and business
administration.
Lisa Hirsh
Lisa has been helping organizations improve performance and spirit, particularly in times of growth, changes in strategic direction, and with mergers and acquisitions. In her 23 years of experience in large and small companies, Lisa has coached senior leaders and middle managers, provided innovative methods for mobilizing organizations for change, built high performance teams, and helped clients develop learning cultures. In addition, Lisa has led leadership development programs, consulting skills and organizational change courses.
James Hassinger
Jim has twenty-five years of professional experience as a management consultant, specializing in the areas of executive coaching, strategic planning, work re-design, developing high performance organizations, collaborative team technologies, and management training. He has both internal and external consulting experience with corporations such as Liberty Mutual Funds, Sun Life of Canada, Avid Technology, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Department of Defense, Massachusetts General Hospital, Norton Company, and McKinsey and Company. He is the co-author of The Randori Principles: The Path of Effortless Leadership and creator of the Lenses of Wise Leadership program. Jim holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Boston University.
